Who we are: Drainage & Groundwork Contractors Limited ("DGC"), Isle of Man. We operate this portal to manage job applications and worker onboarding.

What data we collect: Your name, email address, date of birth, National Insurance number, address, phone number, employment history, qualifications, passport/ID documents, emergency contact details, and medical information relevant to site safety.

Why we collect it: To process your job application, verify your right to work, manage site onboarding, comply with health & safety regulations, and communicate about available work.

Legal basis: Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract (employment), compliance with legal obligations, and with your consent where indicated.

How long we keep it: Application data is retained for 6 years after your last engagement with DGC, then securely deleted unless legal obligations require longer retention.

Your rights: You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact office@dgc.im or use the Delete Account option in your profile.

Data storage: Your data is stored securely on Supabase (EU region, Ireland) and is not sold or shared with third parties except where required by law or necessary for your employment.
